Exchange Policy
APPLICABILITY
By accessing the Lustdrip Exchange Portal or Initiating a return/exchange on Lustdrip, you agree to the terms mentioned below. If you do not accept these terms, please refrain from making a purchase or return request.
We may revise this policy periodically. Kindly review this page regularly to stay updated.
TIMELINE & PROCEDURE
We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

Once your request is approved, a confirmation will be sent to your registered email.

We provide exchange only one time, so make sure you are sure of the size. For assistance, we are here to help you

Exchange charges are ₹ 150. As we do not have our own delivery service, we rely on third-party delivery partners. The delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from your location and additional delivery charges for delivering new product back to your location. As there are two-way charges, we request our customers to pay only for one way charges.

Reverse pickup availability depends on your pincode serviceability.

Once we receive the product, it will undergo a Quality Check (QC).

Upon successful QC, your return or exchange will be processed.

Exchanges: Delivery of the new product may take 7–10 working days.

If the requested item/size is unavailable, you can:

Choose an alternate product, or
-
Receive a gift card of equivalent value (valid for future purchases on lustdripclo.com).

Returns: A store credit will be issued post-QC, sent via email.
Note: We do not offer monetary refunds.

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE
You may raise a return or exchange request for the following reasons:

Size doesn’t fit

Product is defective or damaged in transit

Product has missing parts/accessories
-
Received an incorrect item
Products will only be accepted if:

They are unused, unwashed, and in original condition
-
All original tags, accessories, and packaging are intact

There are no signs of wear (stains, tears, smells, damages, etc.)

The item matches your original order and Lustdrip internal records
-
It was not purchased under final sale or heavily discounted categories
Note: Sets must be returned/exchanged as a complete unit.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Used or visibly worn products
-
Products marked as “Final Sale” or “Blind Box”

Custom-printed or modified items
-
Items purchased during store-wide SALE DAYS
