RETURN & REFUND POLICY

7-Day Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You must also provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please go to the footer section of our website and click on the "Returns & Exchange Request" button. Returns must be sent to the address provided by our team. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Returns are only applicable in cases where we have sent a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

All lustdrip prints are individually hand-printed. Minor print variations, and natural ageing signs like slight fading or small breaks over time, occur in all printed garments across all brands. These characteristics are not considered defects and are not eligible for return or exchange.


REFUNDS

Refunds are only applicable in cases where we have sent a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

  • Refunds will be issued in the form of a gift card equal to your purchase amount.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval of your refund.
  • If approved, you will receive your refund gift card within 24-48 business hours. If more than 48 business hours have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@lustdripclo.com
