Order Processing

• Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours, pending product availability and payment verification.
• Orders cannot be modified or canceled once placed. Ensure all order details are correct before completing checkout.

In case of high demand or stock unavailability, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 4-7 business days.

Shipping Methods & Charges

We currently offer domestic shipping within India.

• Standard Shipping: Complimentary and delivered within 4 days after dispatch.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A shipping charge of ₹89 applies.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lustdrip is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages once proof of delivery is provided by the courier. If your package is lost during transit, please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date.
